Why Does Wordpress Keep Asking FTP Credentials to Update Plugins
Hello guys..

I have a problem that. Recently I moved my WordPress site from a Cpanel hosting of Namecheap to a Cloud Hosting platform called DigitalOcean. After I moved my site, I changed my URL path and set permission mod's of plugins and some other libraries to chmod 777.

The problem here was. When I tried to update my Wordpress site Plugins and Template. It asking me to provide the details of FTP or SFTP.

I don't know what is my Hosting FTP Details.

Please let me know, is there any other way to get out from this problem.
It is very easy to survive this problem. All you want to do that...

Open the wp-config.php file with any editor and add the following code at the end line and save it.

After saving the file, you need to change the permission of the "Plugin" Folder to chmod777 to do that use the below query.

chmod 777 /yourwebsitename/public/wp-content/plugins/

Change the path to your Wordpress Plugin folder..

This will work for you.
I really really want to thank to you my friend... It was worked well for me.
